I am a business owner and thought i was way too old for hair extensions. I have BAD hair, frizzy, curly, you get the idea... My daughter got extensions after being referred to Mark. They decided i needed them, and i felt stupid, as a 40+ getting extension. This is my third year and I cant even see myself without them. I went from 1 hour in the AM of getting ready and then being disappointed with frizzy hair later in day, to 5 minutes in the morning and everyone saying how good my hair looks. Mark has literally changed my Looks and made hair easy. he is the BEST 5 stars to Mark he is truly the best..... |

Iâm a docu-reality TV producer and I live in Los Angeles. Recently I had to come to Houston last minute for a 4 month shoot. I've been wearing Great Lengths for almost 2 years. Since I didn't have time before I left Los Angeles to have my hair done prior to this shoot, I looked on the Great Lengths web site for someone in Houston to do my hair. Well I didn't find just someone; I found a master and artist, Mark! I'm very cautious about who touches my hair because of prior hair traumas. When I met Mark I trusted him implicitly and felt confident he knew what he was talking about. Markâs passion for his work is extraordinary and my hair looks amazing! I'm going to have to fly to Houston just for Mark!

After I made the decision to get
extensions, I really did my homework before I chose the salon. One of my
good friends has Great Lengths and her hair is amazing! I really thought
about going to her girl who was in LA. After I found Mark and met with him
to discuss everything, I knew I had found the place. I was a little nervous
going in and Mark answered my million questions and I left feeling that I
had made a good choice. I travel a ton and only had a 3 day window to get it
done. Mark ordered the hair and scheduled my appointment when I needed it.
He has this nice private room with a TV and DVD player where he does the
extensions and color. The time flew by! We watched a movie and he even
ordered take-out for lunch. We were done with everything in less then 4
hours including color, wash, extensions, a cut and style. Mark did an
amazing job, I love my new hair. I spend a lot of time in front of TV
cameras and everyone loved my hair as well. I highly recommend Mark Cortez,
he is a stand up guy and an extremely talented artist who loves what he
does. Not only did I find my new permanent stylist, I made a friend.
