After I made the decision to get extensions, I really did my homework before I chose the salon. One of my good friends has Great Lengths and her hair is amazing! I really thought about going to her girl who was in LA. After I found Mark and met with him to discuss everything, I knew I had found the place. I was a little nervous going in and Mark answered my million questions and I left feeling that I had made a good choice. I travel a ton and only had a 3 day window to get it done. Mark ordered the hair and scheduled my appointment when I needed it. He has this nice private room with a TV and DVD player where he does the extensions and color. The time flew by! We watched a movie and he even ordered take-out for lunch. We were done with everything in less then 4 hours including color, wash, extensions, a cut and style. Mark did an amazing job, I love my new hair. I spend a lot of time in front of TV cameras and everyone loved my hair as well. I highly recommend Mark Cortez, he is a stand up guy and an extremely talented artist who loves what he does. Not only did I find my new permanent stylist, I made a friend.
